Hello there! My name is Caroline Hicks and I am a reporter and anchor with ten years of experience in local television news.

In the eight years I have spent as a journalist at WBTV News (CBS) in Charlotte, I have covered thousands of stories across the Carolinas. I currently provide viewers with Consumer Solutions to problems they are facing through my consumer investigative reporting. I am also the solo anchor of six hours of news each weekend on WBTV Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Prior to Charlotte, I spent two years as a General Assignment Reporter/MMJ for KETK News (NBC) in Tyler, TX. I covered deadly tornadoes, hurricanes, and helped solve problems in the community through a self-created and executed weekly investigative segment.
